Lagoon 50

This privately used and brand dealer-maintained Lagoon 50, Ameli, is the ideal catamaran for blue water cruising in all comfort. Lagoons are designed with smooth sailing in mind. And with her slab reefing mainsail, self-tacking jib, Code 0, autopilot, and the electric winches within reach, she can be handled easily. She is, furthermore, equipped with two upgraded 80hp sail drive Yanmar diesel engines, bow thruster, water maker, a complete B&G navigation pack including radar, and a Highfield tender with a 20hp outboard engine. She is also fitted with an 11 kW Onan generator, inverter, alternators, chargers, and a large hardtop bimini fully packed with integrated solar panels which was installed in 2023. Ameli offers, from bow to stern, several areas to relax. There is plenty to choose from. From the U-shaped foredeck lounge and the triple-wide sunbeds on the fly, to the large cockpit aft with ample seating and a wetbar with sink and fridge. Finally, the hydraulic swim platform that usually carries the tender, can also be used as a veritable balcony on the water.

Entering the saloon of this Lagoon 50 you’re immediately struck by the almost panoramic view. She features a nearly full-beam U-shaped lounge area, a good-sized chart table, and a center island that holds a popup TV. The galley, positioned between the cockpit and the living, is split into two sections to either side of the sliding glass door. Ameli features a 5 cabin lay out plus a crew cabin. The starboard hull has two spacious staterooms fore and aft both with ensuite bathroom, and a head compartment in the bow for the crew. The port hull has two spacious staterooms fore and aft both with bathroom, a third double bed cabin tucked away in the mid-section, and a crew cabin in the bow. To make your stay on board even more comfortable she’s fitted out with air conditioning throughout, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, and electric toilets. The overall volume, in combination with all the equipment you need to be totally off the grid, makes Ameli a well-appointed live aboard catamaran. She has never been used for charter and is waiting for a new owner.
