Isabella is one of the finest pre-owned sailboats we have ever listed. She is in impeccable condition both inside and out. Every factory option available at the time of her initial purchase was ordered by the original owner. There are many extras including a full La Fabrica Canvas cockpit enclosure and full winter cover.  There are 3 Firefly house batteries (carbon foam design) with a Victron battery monitor.  Isabella has an Ultra Marine stainless steel 35lb anchor, Espar Hydronic heating system, and electric freshwater sanitation system. Both the aft and v-berth mattresses have 2” foam toppers. Throughout her 7- year history, Isabella has always been maintained professionally with annual haul outs for saildrive maintenance and hull inspections.  She was last bottomed painted in October 2024 (Micron CSC). All records since initial purchase are available.

Isabella has had only two owners. Both have taken extraordinary measures to keep her problem-free and looking like new.   The current owner is regrettably selling due to unexpected health issues.

Marlow-Hunter 31 follows the pedigree of the 40 and 37 which were also introduced by Marlow-Hunter in the last two years under the new leadership of owner David Marlow. Mr. Marlow, owner of Marlow Yachts, a luxury power yacht builder, has raised the bar by influencing quality and design of a brand that already had forty years of experience building sailboats.

The 31, which has a Length Overall of 32’4” and a beam of 11’10” will be a tough contender for any model in her size range that tries to compete with the volume below. One of her best features is the spacious cockpit that will deliver a feel more like that of a larger boat. Performance will also be one of her strong features with a large sail plan and a Glenn Henderson hull design plus hard chine aft below the waterline which has become a signature for Marlow-Hunter sailboats built under David Marlow.

Below, her quality fit and finish is hand crafted using real teak furniture and floors, Corian countertops, ball bearing drawer hardware and name brand appliances and equipment. The construction of the hull and deck utilizes Vinyl Ester resins and gel-coats, continuous reinforcement fibers, Kevlar and state of the art Nida-coring for structural integrity for ours and our customer’s, peace of mind.
