Description
This 2018 Bavaria Cruiser 46 features a gray hull, a Volvo Penta D2-75 engine with 75 hp on a sail-drive base, providing reliable and powerful propulsion for offshore cruising. The SELDEN roller rig with a roller mast, recent Elvström Performance mainsail, Elvström genoa on a Furlex furler, and an asymmetrical spinnaker installed in 2023 ensure a modern sail plan that is easy to manage with a reduced crew.
The deck is perfectly equipped for maneuvering: 4 manual winches with an electric crank, white composite steering wheels, clutches, sheets and halyards, navigation lights, anchor light, deck light, compass, 6 stainless steel cleats, and side openings on the guardrails for easy access. The electric windlass with Delta anchor, 50 m of 10 mm chain, remote control and foot controls, combined with the bow thruster, facilitate all port entries and exits.
The onboard electronics are complete and recent: B&G Zeus 7" touchscreen GPS/chartplotter with built-in wifi, 2 B&G Triton repeaters (wind, log, etc.), fixed B&G V50 VHF with AIS receiver and wireless remote control, AIS transponder added in 2023. The ambiance on board is enhanced by the Fusion Marine MS-AV750 audio station, with 2 interior speakers and 2 exterior speakers.
The boat has an electrical system sized for autonomy: shore charger, engine battery, dedicated battery for the bow thruster, service batteries, battery cut-off switches, shore power inlet with extension, AGM Victron battery bank 130 Ah x 5 installed in 2023, Victron 3 kW inverter, and 2 solar panels added in 2023. Comfort is complemented by a water heater and a hot/cold cockpit shower.
Exterior protection and comfort are ensured by a bimini on stainless steel arches (2023), a sprayhood on stainless steel arches, a cockpit table with storage and folding leaves in teak, as well as teak on the swim platform, cockpit, and seating areas. Together, they create a very friendly outdoor living space at anchor and while sailing.
Inside, the atmosphere is warm with teak woodwork, Ocean Line flooring, vinyl wall coverings, and stainless steel handrails on the ceiling. The deck hatches are equipped with blinds and mosquito nets, and the hull portholes have curtains, ensuring brightness and thermal comfort. The kitchen includes 2 stainless steel sinks with covers, a top-opening refrigerator, a gas oven with 2 burners, a microwave, and plenty of storage for true onboard living while cruising.
The boat is ready to sail with mooring lines, fenders, semi-offshore equipment for 10 people, as well as a dinghy and its outboard motor.

In 2023, several major investments were made: asymmetrical spinnaker with sock, new bimini, electric winch handle, installation of the Victron AGM battery bank 130 Ah x 5 and a Victron 3 kW inverter, dedicated Optima battery for the bow thruster with a revision of the latter, addition of an AIS transponder and two solar panels. The whole provides a self-sufficient, high-performing, and very comfortable boat for long cruising.
On the engine and safety side, the engine revision with heat exchanger was carried out in 2024, the survival equipment was revised the same year, and then a new engine revision with turbo replacement was performed in 2025.
Moreover, this boat benefits from a very interesting possible lease takeover, as well as the possibility of mooring it afloat in St-Mandrier in the Var.
