Design & Layout Advantages
The Leopard 45 is one of the most successful cruising catamarans in its class, known for its forward cockpit design, raised helm station, and exceptional indoor-outdoor flow.

The raised helm station offers:
• Excellent visibility
• All sail controls led aft
• Safe, single-handed operation
• Hardtop protection
The salon features panoramic windows and sliding aft doors, creating a seamless connection to the cockpit. Natural light and cross-ventilation are excellent throughout.

4 spacious double cabins, each with private en-suite heads and separate showers. Additional forward crew cabins provide flexibility for storage or extra berths.
Light ash interior finishes, generous storage, and a practical galley-up layout make this an ideal long-term cruising platform.
Mechanical & Electrical
Twin Yanmar 4JH45 diesel engines
Northern Lights 9kW generator
Lithium house bank (600Ah)
Solar charging system
Inverter/charger system

Serious inquiries welcome. Detailed maintenance history and additional photos available upon request.
Accommodations
This Leopard 45 is configured in the highly desirable 4-cabin / 4-head layout with additional crew/V-berth spaces, offering excellent flexibility for private cruising or extended liveaboard use.
The salon is bright and open, featuring large panoramic windows that provide abundant natural light and 360° visibility. The interior cabinetry is finished in a light ash Alpi-style laminate, creating a modern, airy atmosphere. The main salon seating area includes a comfortable L-shaped settee surrounding a central dining table, ideal for entertaining or family cruising.
The galley-up design integrates seamlessly with the cockpit through the large sliding doors, creating a true indoor-outdoor living experience. Ventilation is provided by multiple opening Lewmar hatches and portlights throughout the vessel.
Each of the four double cabins offers generous storage, hanging lockers, shelving, and natural light. All cabins are served by private en-suite heads with separate shower areas. The forward V-berths provide additional storage or crew accommodation.
The layout delivers excellent separation between guest cabins and living space, making the vessel equally suitable for private ownership, family cruising, or charter-style configuration.
