For sale Focus 850, an elegant and versatile boat built in 2016 by the Nauti shipyard, ideal for those looking for a reliable, maneuverable boat perfect for coastal cruising. With its 8.50 meters in length and the swing keel allowing a variable draft from 40 cm to 1.50 m, it easily adapts to any type of seabed, providing safety and freedom even in shallower waters.

On board, we find a Mercury F 9.9 ELH CT EFI outboard motor, installed in January 2025, with less than 10 hours of use: practically new. The transmission is on a transom mount and features a short pitch 4-blade propeller, designed to ensure good performance in maneuvering and sailing.

The sail rigging is simple yet effective, consisting of a semi-battened mainsail with a lazy bag and a headsail with a furler. Completing the setup is a practical original gennaker. The standing rigging is in rod, original and well-maintained. In the cockpit, we find 4 manual winches (brand Nautico, model 8), regularly maintained, with all halyards led back, making the boat easily manageable even with a reduced crew.

The deck is in excellent condition, free of leaks or cracks in the gelcoat. There is no teak, but the walking surface is solid and well-maintained. The portholes are in great condition; the only sign of wear concerns the plexiglass of the bow porthole, slightly clouded by the sun.

The interiors are spacious and bright, with 6 comfortable berths, a bathroom with an electric marine toilet, and a convertible saloon. All the furniture is in excellent condition and the flooring is impeccable. The internal cushions are perfect, while the external ones are not present.

From an electronics perspective, the equipment includes autopilot, compass, VHF, wind station, and a 12V and 220V system, with two gel batteries (one for services and one for the engine), charger included.

The boat is equipped for cruising, with both electric and manual anchor windlass, a 12.5 kg Trefoil anchor, and 15 meters of 6 mm chain, cockpit shower, swim ladder, bow sunbathing area, and outboard motor support. Completing everything are a sunshade awning, lazy bag, and lazy jacks.

Important work already completed includes the hull maintenance in June 2025 and the complete replacement of the steering system with new metal mechanics. The rudder is therefore completely overhauled and ready for use.

The boat has never been used for charters or races, is owned by the second owner since 2024, and has been used with extreme care. No accidents, excellent condition, and safety equipment updated to 2025.
