Dufour 412

This 2016 Dufour 412, purchased new and operated by a reputable sailing school in Antibes, has been impeccably maintained and has received exceptional technical follow-up. Between 2023 and 2025, it underwent a very significant preventive maintenance, including a complete engine refit, a full replacement of the standing rigging, modernization of the electronics, as well as numerous structural renovations.
Today, it is an extremely sound, reliable sailing vessel ready to sail immediately, with no work required — ideal for a long-distance cruising project or a transatlantic crossing.

The boat offers a 3 double cabin configuration with a convertible saloon, a spacious and functional bathroom, as well as a warm interior typical of Dufour. All interior cushions are new under covers, providing impeccable comfort. Ventilation and brightness are ensured by numerous portholes, including the recently replaced forward cabin porthole.

In terms of navigation, this Dufour 412 is equipped with a complete and recent set of sails: full batten mainsail 2023, genoa 2023, asymmetrical spinnaker 2022, and storm sail on a removable stay. In 2024, the standing rigging, boom, spreaders, mule's head, stay, and genoa furler were completely replaced. The running rigging, perfectly maintained, is in excellent condition.

The 55 HP Volvo engine has been completely overhauled and disassembled in 2023/2024, ensuring optimal reliability. The folding three-blade J-Prop propeller was factory serviced in 2024. The boat also features a gantry equipped with solar panels, an AIS transceiver, new Raymarine I70 instruments (2023), and an electric windlass replaced in 2025.
The three service batteries were also changed in 2025, ensuring ideal autonomy for long-distance cruising.

In terms of safety and structure, numerous major works have been carried out: complete sanding of the hull and application of a hard matrix in 2024, replacement of the rudder bearings, changing of the through-hulls and valves (kitchen, bathroom, and black water tank) between 2024 and 2025, changing of the aerials (wind vane, anemometer, antenna), replacement of the water heater and refrigerator compressor, etc.
The underwater works are in perfect condition, the antifouling dates from June 2025, and the last complete service was performed in November 2025.
