PRICE NOW REDUCED - ‘Remain Calm’ is a beautifully presented 2014 Lagoon 52F Flybridge catamaran and now available for inspection at The Boat Works, Gold Coast Marine Precinct, Queensland.
Commissioned in Australia and originally specified by an experienced owner, she underwent a major refit in 2020 followed by extensive upgrades in 2023–2024, ensuring she’s fully equipped, self-sufficient, and completely turnkey.

Spacious, Light-Filled Living Spaces - the Lagoon 52F’s design delivers bright, open interiors and comfortable social zones, ideal for cruising or entertaining. The cockpit features Two generous seating areas – a starboard-side dinette and a port-side lounging area, plus a wet bar with ice maker and a quality sound system. The saloon includes a large, well-equipped galley to port with an oven, dishwasher, and front-opening fridge, a comfortable U-shaped leather dinette to starboard, and a forward navigation station with complete engine and navigation controls.
Luxurious Owner & Guest Accommodation - the starboard hull is dedicated to the owner’s suite, accessed midships and featuring a lounge area, work desk, and an aft island bed. The ensuite forward includes double vanities, a fully enclosed shower, and a separate toilet. In the port hull, the forward guest cabin features an island double bed and private ensuite with separate shower. Aft, a third guest suite is accessed directly from the cockpit and includes a queen island bed and an oversized ensuite, offering excellent privacy. A midship pantry houses a full-size fridge/freezer and a washer-dryer.
Flybridge & Sailing Systems - sail handling is a breeze from the elevated flybridge, offering exceptional visibility and efficient controls, including Raymarine touchscreen navigation, radar and AIS, bow thruster and anchor controls, and electric winches for all sail handling. The rig includes a carbon boom with integrated lazy jacks and boom bag, a self-tacking jib, and a furling Code 0, all operated from the flybridge.
Performance, Power & Off-Grid Living - powered by twin 75hp Yanmar diesel engines with modest hours, the vessel also features an Onan 17.5kVA generator, 60,000 BTU air-conditioning throughout, and a Stella 180L/hr watermaker. The 13ft AB RIB tender is new and mounted on davits with twin electric winches and remote control.
Recently hauled, antifouled, polished, and surveyed, ‘Remain Calm’ is presented in excellent condition.

Accommodations and Galley
Owners Cabin version. 3 Double cabins in total. Port aft cabin accessed via private entrance.
The layout features a spacious and bright saloon, with a galley located to port and a large dinette to starboard. The centrally located navigation station is positioned forward. Access to both hulls is at the forward end of the dinette. The saloon lounge and owners cabin settee are upholstered in leather.
The owner's cabin is located in the starboard hull, featuring a large island berth aft, a settee, and a work desk/office space midships, with an en-suite head that includes double washbasins, a separate shower, and an enclosed toilet at the forward end.
The port aft cabin, accessible via a separate entrance from the cockpit, serves as a spacious guest cabin with an island berth, a dedicated head, and a shower. Forward to port is another double guest cabin with its separate head and shower. Midships to port, you'll find a pantry equipped with a domestic-sized fridge/freezer and laundry facilities.
The vessel features full air conditioning and Sirocco fans in the saloon and cabins, with additional portlight ventilation in the rear owner's cabin and rear starboard saloon. Ocean Air blinds are installed throughout, and under-bed slats are provided for added support. The saloon table converts into an occasional spare double bed; additionally, the forepeaks could be fitted with extra berths for added flexibility.
