Mini Transat RG650

2023 Mini Transat Finisher and Classe Mini 6.50 rules compliant

This boat is race ready for those who want to race solo across the Atlantic, in the Bermuda One-Two, or local distance racing.

As the second owner, I bought this boat in Sept 2020 in Annapolis, had all the electronics wiring professionally  replaced, then shipped over to France. Raced against other Minis from 2021-2023, concluding with the Mini Transat, then sailed from Guadeloupe back up to Annapolis.  This boat is solid with many more miles ready to go.  Just about everything on this boat has been replaced.

Always dry sailed and stored on trailer (boat is available with or without trailer).  New bottom paint in July 2025 ( VC Offshore Regatta Baltoplate with epoxy barrier coat), so the boat could easily stay in the water year round if desired.  Currently stored on a trailer with bunks that allow a fork lift to launch the boat.

Between the 4 solar panels and hydrogenerator, this boat is has more than enough power for long passages using the autopilot and instruments.

-2021: AIS transponder, AIS tracks can be viewed on VHF radio down below, VHF deck mic from cockpit, and NKE multigraphic displays (one on deck, one down below)

-2023: Torqeedo electric outboard motor (small mount on deck makes it easy to remove motor for sailing)

-Viking 4 man life raft (repacked 2024) that fits inside stern hatch
