2012 Lagoon 400 – Pilgrim
Pilgrim is a well-equipped and nicely presented 2012 Lagoon 400, offering an excellent balance of cruising comfort, performance and practicality. Configured in the highly desirable four-cabin, four-head layout, this 40-foot catamaran is ideally suited to family cruising, extended liveaboard adventures or charter-style use, while remaining manageable in size and operating costs.
The Lagoon 400 is widely regarded as one of Lagoon’s most successful designs, delivering impressive interior volume, good sailing performance and proven bluewater capability. She is compact enough to keep marina fees reasonable, yet capable and comfortable enough to cruise offshore or even sail around the world.
Pilgrim has been well cared for and is presented in great condition. The current owner has held her for a short period and, due to a change in circumstances, is offering her for sale after completing fresh antifouling, a full polish and installing new Starlink connectivity. All previous owner upgrades and servicing have been maintained to a high standard, making her a true turnkey opportunity.
She has benefited from an extensive upgrade program aimed at extended cruising, including a recently serviced generator, air conditioning, approximately 600 litres of water storage, watermaker, updated Raymarine electronics and an extended GRP bimini to accommodate solar panels charging a substantial lithium battery bank. The bimini extension is a particularly thoughtful feature, keeping the cockpit shaded and dry without the need for full clears, helping maintain a cooler and more comfortable living space. A second, independent autopilot has also been installed for added redundancy and safety.
