Boarding Buying Time from the stern, you enter a covered aft cockpit that comfortably seats eight around a dining table, creating a relaxed outdoor living area perfect for meals, socials, or watching the sunset. Just inside the sliding glass doors is a bright, open salon with panoramic windows and a galley‑up layout that flows into the living space, making it easy to socialize while preparing meals. Ahead of the salon, a unique covered forward cockpit provides another sheltered lounging space, excellent ventilation, and a direct connection to the outdoor life on board — a feature that sets the Leopard 44 apart and enhances comfort underway and at anchor.

Below decks Buying Time offers four private cabins, each with its own ensuite head and separate shower, designed for comfort, privacy, and ease of use. The two aft hull cabins have queen‑sized berths with walk‑around access, good storage, and ventilation through overhead hatches and ports. The forward cabins also feature generous berths with private heads and ventilation, making them comfortable for family, guests, or extended cruising. Owners Comments and Boat History

Buying Time has 4 double cabins and 3 heads. The fourth head is converted with an extra fridge and a washing machine.

The protected helm, back deck enclosures, two16,000 btu AC units, a 6 kW Northern Lights diesel generator, twin Yanmar 40hp engines, 1200 watts of solar, Lithium power bank, electric wrench, windlass, and electric davits add to the comfort and ease of living aboard. Raymarine electronics includes AIS and radar.  Boat is for sale fully furnished with bedding, kitchenware, microwave, grill, 32’’ smartTV, Starlink, etc.

Buying Time was originally locted in Croatia and has sailed across the Atlantic. 

The previous owner made upgrades of generator and rudders in 2021 and sailed around in the Bahamas before selling the boat to the current owner in 2023.

The catamaran comes with a mooring on beautiful St John, tender (Highfield 330 with 30HP Mercury) and 2 kayaks for beach access.

This Leopard has a front cockpit making this spacious vessel the perfect cruising catamaran.  The current owner has had Buying Time since 2023 and has sailed from Florida to the USVI and onwards to Grenada twice.
