Lemsteraak LE 25 - Visserman Uitvoering Blom

Beautiful robust and low-maintenance fisherman lemsteraak with a practical and light interior.

Sleekly built Blom fisherman lemsteraak. This aak has been completely renovated in the last 3 years. The underwater hull was blasted and epoxy coated in 2021. A lot of stainless steel has been applied to vulnerable parts, and the cockpit planks and coaming are made of unvarnished teak wood. All of these were renewed in 2024/2025 by Jachtwerf Hummel. Very unique are the stainless steel rudder and centerboards. These elements make it a particularly low-maintenance lemsteraak.

Of course, this is a fast sailor due to the well-thought-out sail plan and the centerboards with an optimized profile. To enhance sailing ease, there is a hydraulic winch (with remote control) and an electric bow thruster. Furthermore, there is a hydraulic mast lowering system. With the mast lowered, the air draft is less than 2 meters.

Partly due to the teak coaming on the deck and the satin white panels, it has a spacious and light interior. There is relatively high standing height due to optimal use of height and a smart placement of the coaming. This makes this lemsteraak excellently suitable for long stays. The floors are finished with solid lacquered oak, creating a sleek yet warm unity. Against the cockpit bulkhead on the port side is the pantry, finished with a stone countertop, white (solid) cabinet doors, and a black/white tiled sink, and a four-burner gas stove. The clear teak folding windows keep you in contact with the rain-free open cockpit. In front of the pantry on the port side is a spacious dinette with a fixed (height-adjustable) oak table so that the dinette can be converted into a large double bed. On the starboard side, opposite the round seating area, there is another seating area with a table so that two more people can sit and/or eat here. In the forepeak of the ship, there are two spacious double "bedstee" berths next to each other. Furthermore, optimal use has been made of the space, resulting in plenty of storage space on board.

In recent years, a lot of maintenance has been done on the lemsteraak; refit 2024/2025: new teak cockpit table (2024/2025), new teak coaming (2024/2025), new cockpit doors, and cockpit painting (2024), underwater hull blasted (2021), new refrigerator (2022).
