Neat Hallberg-Rassy 40 from her first owner, which has sailed 95% of the time in fresh water. Stored indoors every year and with few sailing hours.

We are pleased to offer a very lightly used Hallberg-Rassy 40 from 2009, which has spent 95% of its time in fresh water.

No expense was spared by her owners to keep her in excellent condition; she was stored indoors in winter every year and maintained professionally.

Due to her low mileage, she is an exceptional opportunity for the Hallberg-Rassy enthusiast; you don't often come across one in this condition!

Thanks to the built-in bow thruster, electric roller mainsail, and 4 (!!) electric winches, sailing this ship is very easy. The deck is easily accessible, and at the bow, the robust stainless steel bowsprit for the gennaker stands out. The aft deck is wonderfully comfortable with the 2 "Gin&Tonic" seats in the guardrail. The cockpit is spacious and offers good shelter for less pleasant days.

The interior is very pleasant, with the U-shaped galley immediately to starboard, equipped with an upper-loading cooler, 2-burner stove with oven, and microwave. You can stand firmly here even when heeled. To starboard is the navigation corner with various built-in equipment such as a chart plotter, GPS, and a freezer box behind the seat. Thanks to the Hallberg-Rassy carpets, the floor is warm and very tidy, making the interior feel lighter. The 2 salon benches also serve as pilot berths, and with the backrest folded up, they provide a great sleeping place for multi-day crossings. In the bow, opposite the large hanging/leg cupboard, is the wet cell, equipped with a shower, toilet, and ample storage space, which is optionally intended for a washing machine.

At the very bow is a double V-berth, where the craftsmanship of Hallberg-Rassy is evident through beautiful arched wood shapes and various storage spaces.

In the aft ship is the "Owners-cabin" with a double bed on the port side and a single bed on the starboard side. In the middle is a handy seating area, and around it is storage space.
