Description
The 370 is the result of nearly 30 years of design evolution. ON DECK
Sturdy twin stainless steel anchor cradles one of which houses a Delta II plow anchor attached to chain with seized ss shakle. The chain runs through a chain lock to the SS Muir electric windlass, all mounted on a varnished teak deck pulpit. Newly varnished Teak covers the cap rail around the entire deck.
Aft of the windlass is a small Lewmar smoked glazed hatch as access to the chain locker.
The windlass is activated by Up and Down electric foot pedals, either side of the chain locker hatch.
Port and Stbd SS chocks and ample sized cleats
Cabin Top sports a smoke glazed Lewmar Hatch providing air and safety escape to the forward cabin
A SS handrail runs Port and Stbe down the side of the cabin top fastened to raised molded in bases
Aft to port is a smaller smoke-glazed Lewmar hatch providing ventilation to the Head
Aft to stbd is a SS Cowl Vent mounted on a raised molded in dorade box protected by SS tubing
Further aft of the mast is a larger smoke-glazed Lewmar hatch providing ventilation to the Salon area
Aft of the hatch is a molded fiberglass spray hood partially covered by the blue canvas dodger.
On both sides of the spray hood are P&S Cowl Vent atop molded in bases protected by ss tube guards.
Aft of the spray hood is the traveler system
COCKPIT
The Cockpit coaming has 4 storage lockers with hinged covers, one of which stores the propane bottle and safety solenoid for the remote shut off of the propane. The coaming also supports 2 primary and 2 secondary winches. Aft section of the coaming has room for 2 smaller furling cleats and stoppers.
Aft in the cockpit is the helm seat sparkling in the sun off the newly varnish, applied in early February. Covering the seat is the custom made cushion that snaps into place.

On stbd aft under seating is the Morenco electric inlet and shore power cord.
In front of the helm seat is the pedestal steering station with destroyer style wheel, gear and throttle levers, as well as Navigation screens to include GPS, Radar, Depth, Speed and wind speed/direction.
Looking foward from the wheel is the beautiful varnished companionway door slides suggesting access to the interior. On the port and stbd side are halyard winches, stopper cleats and a small lewmar hatch.
Around the entire perimeter of the deck is the bow pulpit from which is strung lengths of ss wire supported by ss stancheons, up to the port and stbd boarding gates. From the boarding gate on the port side to the boarding gate on the stbd side is all ss tubing interrupted in the middle of the stern to allow for a stern boarding gate and access to the stern sugar scoop. Included in the ss safety tubing is welded in corner seats, an outboard motor storage pad, Life Sling and hook for a life ring.
To enable safe boarding, are built in molded steps, capped with solid teak treads.
Protecting the cockpit is the dodger and binmini top all supported by ss tubing. Aft over the helm area is th large ss tubed radar arch supporting 2 solar panels and dinghy davits.
The spray hood has a molded "dash" that hosts the second set of instruments to include depth, wind speed and direction, and knotmeter
SAILS AND RIGGING
The boat is a sloop/cutter rig consisting of a single-spreder, Selden mast, boom and vang. The mast is supported by 2 lower and 1 upper ss twisted wire standing rigging, a head stay, an inner forestay and a split backstay. The sail inventory is the genoa jib, the small jib on the inner forestay set up on a self-tacking boom and the in-mast furling main sail.
All sheets and halyards lead back to the cockput via a series of deck organizers.
On the mast is the tv antenae, radar dome, steaming light, wind direction/speed sensors and windex apparent wind arrow.
ACCOMODATIONS
This boat has a 2-cabin layout with the forward cabin in the bow and aft cabin under the cockpit.
The Forward Cabin sports a centerline Full, accessible from both sides, with a pair of bulkhead-mounted fans for air circulation.
To stbd is a louvered hanging locker and a louvered storage locker. The air conditioning vent is above the hanging locker.
To port is another louvered locker to the outboard side of the door to the head.
The Aft Cabin is entered through the Nav compartment and has a Full size bed off-set diagonally.
It has a 4 shelf louvered door storage closet, set between the Nav Station and the bed creating a seperation from the Nav station. It has a wall mounted fan for circulation as well as an opening port light opening from the cockpit.
Additional sleeping is on the salon settees port and stbd.
GALLEY
The galley is at the bottom of the companionway to stbd. At the aft end of the galley facing forward is the heavily insulated refrigeration and freezer supported open with double gas shock springs. Under the counter is the refrigeration controls
Outboard of the refrigeration is a small storage compartment with sliding door.
Forward and outboard is the 3-burner Force Ten propane stove with oven. In front of the stove is a ss safety bar, while behind the stove is a storage rack.
Forward and Outboard is the Contour microwave.
On the island is the double ss sign with faucet and controls. Under the counter and inboard is the remote Trident Propane Control tank shut off and monitor.
Under is the pull-out drawer for the waste basket
Under sink is the catchall storage hidden by the louvered door.
Under refrigeration section are 2 small drawers.
Under the floor is large storage area and access to the sink drain shutoff valve.
