Interior Comfort And Amenities

Forward Cabin:

• Island-style, aft-facing double berth with storage underneath.
• Hanging locker and cabinetry to port.
• En-suite head with electric marine toilet, cabinet-mounted washbasin, and separate shower stall to starboard.

Main Saloon (Amidships):

• C-shaped upholstered settee to starboard with storage under.
• Hi/low pivoting dining table surrounded by settee.
• Two upholstered lounge chairs on the port side.
• Navigation station with outboard-facing chart table.
• U-shaped galley to starboard at the companionway base.

Bow Thruster:

• The vessel is fitted with a "Lewmar" dual propeller, tunnel drive electric bow thruster showing access under the master berth in the forward cabin. The unit is powered from the house batteries and controlled from the helm.

Windlass:

• The vessel is fitted with a ("Maxwell Nillson" Model 1200) vertical electric anchor windlass showing capstan and gypsy mounted abaft the chain locker.
• Deck-mounted control switches show on the foredeck with remote switching from the cockpit.

Steering:

• Steering is wheel-controlled from the cockpit through an (Edson) cable over stainless-steel post supported in a gusseted, composite rudder tower terminating above the waterline.
• The steering system additionally shows a linear electromechanical "Ray Marine" drive ram controlled through the auto-pilot.

Tanks and Plumbing:

• Fuel: Diesel oil, Capacity: 100 US Gallons, Single Welded alloy plate tank located under the saloon sole favoring port.

• Stove Fuel: Propane, Capacity: 2 x 10 gallons, LPG Stove fuel is contained in two alloy tanks rated for LPG service.

• Water: Potable water, Capacity: 150 US Gallons, 2 extrusion molded plastic tanks.

Water Maker:

• "Sea Recovery" Potable water system is enhanced by a reverse osmosis water maker installed in a utility locker to port upon entering the forward cabin.

Domestic Hot Water:

• Capacity: 6 US Gallons, (1) single heater showing electric and waste heat capability.

Black Waste Water:

• (2) "Raritan" electric toilets pump directly into a holding tank. The toilet pumps are macerator type.

De-watering:

• 1-manual pump at cockpit, 1- automatically controlled Rule 2500GPH electric pump main bilge.

Deck And Cockpit Equipment:

• Full set of normal docking lines and numerous inflatable fenders.
• 1- 65# Rocna plow anchor w/ 200' 3/8"chain
• 1-60# Bruce plow anchor. No rode.

• Sloop rigged with "Charleston Spars" mast and "Leisure Furl" alloy boom.

• Winches: Harken 2.09 self-tailing primaries; 1 Harken 2-speed electric 44ST utility.
• All running rigging leads aft to the cockpit for ease of sail handling.
• Mast in a straight column, properly tensioned.
• Mast step clean with no crushing or downward deflection.
• Chain plates clean and well fastened.
