Description

PRICE REDUCED - OYSTER 53 VENTURE

Venture is a standout example of the Oyster 53, one of the most respected bluewater cruising yachts ever built. Designed by Rob Humphreys, she combines the classic Oyster DNA of strength, safety, and comfort with a layout that is remarkably versatile for a 53-foot yacht. Her four-cabin arrangement and eight berths make her ideal for family cruising or hosting guests, while the full-beam owner’s stateroom delivers the kind of space and privacy usually found on much larger yachts.

Built to Lloyd’s approved standards with a deep, protected center cockpit, keel-stepped mast, and skeg-hung rudder, Venture offers true ocean-going security. Her balanced moderate-displacement hull and lead bulb keel give her a gentle, sea-kindly motion, while her electric in-mast furling and powerful winches make her easy to handle short-handed. She is a yacht that inspires confidence in all conditions, something her owners can attest to after years of safe and happy adventures around the world.

Venture’s specification and upgrades make her even more appealing. A brand-new mainsail (2024), modern Raymarine Axiom XL navigation suite with Quantum 2 radar (2024), and Starlink satellite internet (2023) keep her current and ready for serious passagemaking. Comfort is equally well addressed with reverse-cycle air conditioning, twin watermakers, and a Westerbeke generator ensuring she can operate self-sufficiently in remote cruising grounds.

Inside, her light maple joinery and thoughtful layout create a warm and inviting interior that is practical at sea and comfortable at anchor. With Oyster’s proven pedigree, extensive upgrades, and a proven track record as a world cruiser, Venture is a yacht built to take her next owners anywhere they dream to sail—with confidence, comfort, and style

Based in Lefkas in Greece she is in a fantastic location for effortless cruising adventures.
