Accommodations

1- Galley and Saloon:

• Ample galley storage. Extra 3 shelfs storage (we removed the ice-maker) that is very useful for the fruits and wine bottles. The paper roll fits perfectly over it (2025). We used the exact color of varnish that fits with the existing one. It is very roomy and a super nice addition to the galley.
• The galley cushions were beautifully reupholstered by Angel (Mermaid Marine Canvas and Upholstery) in St. Augustine, Florida.  Finish: Endurepel Armour - Stain and Soil Resistant, Anti-Bacterial (Delivered September 22, 2025 while boat was still on the hard). This fabric (Mystic White) boasts a 1.5 million double rub rating, -55 degree Celsius cold crack rating, passes 1500 hour UV rating tested by AATCC 16.3. Will equal or exceed more expensive fabric specifications such as Spirit Millennium and is used in automotive, marine, hospitality, furniture and recreational applications. Anti-Bacterial: Passes AATCC 147-2011. 
• 3 burners gimbaled stove/oven (new grill and buttons) with roomy oven (cooked super good pizza in it !!)  
• Microwave (2025) 
• Portable induction cooktop included
• Corian counters as new
• Large vertical fridge and freezer in very good condition   
• 3 tanks for fresh water (total of 170 gal). 11 gal water heater (replaced in 2020).
• Beautiful Galley Table that converts into a comfortable Queen bed (presently in storage).

• 32 in Smart TV (2024)

2- Fittings and Lightings:

• Most fittings and faucets were replaced with high quality ones.
• Most lightings (inside and navigation) were replaced with LED.

3- Staterooms and heads (toilets):

• Master Queen bed and Forward VIP stateroom V-berth with very clean and comfortable spring mattresses (always protected with a mattress cover).
• Each cabin has an ensuite head with step down shower stall and a teck seat
• 2 electric fresh water heads (Jabsco) with an overboard macerator that never block, never smell. Large holding tank in the floor.   
• Extra sturdy shelves added in 2025 in the Master cabin with a 12 V electric outlet to connect an extra electric portable freezer/cooler, phones, etc. and to store those things that we need within easy reach (towels, sheets, blankets, etc. etc.). We used the exact color of varnish that fits with the existing one.  

4- Electric and energy equipment:

• Very efficient Aqua Maax water maker (23 gal/hour) with a new high pressure tube and membrane (2024) that provides very low PPM water that is excellent to drink
• 3 new solar panels 150 watts each (2025)
• 3 new AGM 200 AMP batteries (2025)
• 120 Amp battery charger
• Isolation transformer
• Shore power inlet Twin 30 Amp
• 2 x (slave + master) Xantrex TrueCharge2 60 Amp/12 Volts charger (2017)

• Worry free Pulsar Generator (4 kw) used for the water maker and extra energy when needed (2025) – Fisher Panda 8 kw generator is still installed under the captain seat but needs repairs.

• 2 x Heating and air conditioning Marine Air heat pumps (16 000 and 9 000 BTU)E

Mechanical Equipment

Motor

• Excellent condition Yanmar 50 hp diesel motor with less than 2 000 hours.  Motor had close to zero hours of running when we bought her in 2012. We kept in a log book the hours and compiled them on Excell. This is available for you to schedule the maintenance and prove the low hours on our motor.   

Deck and Hull Equipment

1- Cockpit:

• Folding Helm
• Very sturdy, large custom made folding teck table with cup holders and storage.   Very comfortable.  Seats 4 for a cosy dinner :-)
• White/Blue outside cushions with snaps in very good condition.
• Stainless Steel Arch with light and speakers
• Lots of storage under the seats (fighting gears, storage of the BBQ with charcoal, motor oil, cleaning stuff, etc.), Propane Locker with 2 aluminium tanks with dual regulator (replaced in 2024), Water Maker (high pressure tube).
• Swim platform with stainless steel telescopic ladder

2- Anchor

• Delta anchor with 120 ft chain + 100 ft cable + second emergency Fluke Danforth anchor (still in the box)
• New Lewmar electric anchor winlass with fresh water system (pump and hose) beside to rince the chain, anchor, etc.

3- Sails, riggings and canvas

• Selden roller furling mast with no back stay 
• New North Sail mainsail (2025) with UV protection (no vertical batten).
• New Mainsail halyard. Most lines were replaced between 2018 and 2024.
• Very good condition Doyle 110% furling jib (genoa) with UV protection.
• 2 speeds 48 Lewmar self tailing jib winches
• 1 Electric 40 Lewmar all purpose winch
• Harking ball bearing main sheet traveler system
• Positive visual inspection of all rigging required for the insurance (2024) 

4- High quality Sunbrella Dark Navy Blue Bimini-dodger with removable sides

Bimini is from origin and still in very good condition.  Dodger and sides were added in 2014 and are also in very good condition. All strataglass windows became yellowish during storage and were replaced in 2024.

5- Hull:

In 2012, 4 coats of Interprotect paint was applied by the marina before the sea anti-fouling paint.

The hull was waxed twice a year and is still very shiny.  We never used our sailboat during the hurricane season.  To protect her during the storage, we hided the portholes with a custom-made cover-up (see picture at the hauling out of 2025) and put a sun protector over the boat.

The black anti-fouling paint (SeaHawk Talon) is good for another season with some touch-up.   

We installed rain gutters over the portholes of the master cabin.  We can now leave the portholes open during the nights without any rain coming inside.

Hypalon 3.4 m, 2 cm inflatable boat (2020) with a 15 HP 2-stroke Yamaha engine (2014) that runs like new.
