Description
NEVER CHARTERED - 4 CABINS AND 4 BATHROOM VERSION WITH MANY UPGRADES SINCE 2019.
The sailboat is currently under Canadian flag, taxes unpaid and currently on mooring in Luperon, Dominican Republic. Could be delivered wherever you want ($) if desired.
Has never been chartered, which is rare for a 4 cabin version, and the 2 forward cabins can be converted into one large cabin if desired. The sailboat is ready to set sail, the owner has a professional change that requires them to sell.
Access to Luperon is easier than you might think and safe as a whole community of sailors has developed there. A very good place to stay cheaply, around $100 to $150 per month on mooring, and thus enjoy a wonderful island, otherwise all the Caribbean opens up before the bow. Survey done in 2023 valued at $207,000 can be shared.
