Hull and Construction
Vacuum infused multiaxial laminate with PVC foam core sandwich above waterline for thermo and sound isolation. First two outer layers impregnated with vinylester resin for superb protection against osmosis. Other layers laminated with isophtalic polyester resin for improved mechanical and chemical properties. NPG (Neo Penttyle Glycol) gelcoat is used for optimum mechanical resistance and mirror finish. Molded inner structure glued and laminated to the hull. The deck is vacuum infused multi-axial laminate, partly polyester - PVC sandwich construction for thermo and sound isolation. The deck is glued and bolted to the flange on the hull. The joint is protected with custom designed aluminum toe-rail.
