The Beneteau Oceanis 423 is a masthead sloop that brings considerable comfort and a refreshing turn of speed to sailors with eyes set toward distant horizons! On Deck

All lines lead to the cockpit where electric winches make light work of heavy loads. A new furling genoa and newer furling main have color-matched UV covers stitched to the leech, and new Raymarine instrumentation at the helm provides crystal clear chart images, autopilot control, and a user-configurable multifunction display. Additionally, her powerful 55Hp Volvo diesel has 1310 hours of trouble-free service. Teak accents bring a classic style aboard without undue maintenance hardships, and an outboard lift is positioned on the aft starboard stern rail for quick installation aboard her included tender.

Down Below

A classically-styled exterior is bookended by a warm, inviting interior of varnished cherry with leatherette upholstery. The three-cabin model gives the owner flexibility to keep three staterooms, or convert one to a workshop or large gear locker. Currently, Vita Amoris has a third cabin configured to accommodate long-range cruising gear. This includes a Jackery portable power station and extra refrigerator/freezer cleverly mounted to a pull-out tray. This can be quickly and easily converted back to a berth when needed. To port is the day head with separate shower that connects to the main salon as well as the port aft cabin. Here, you can configure a day head while underway, or a private en suite for guests occupying the aft cabin. Forward along the port side is a long galley with a large propane cooktop and oven, microwave, and dual, deep stainless sinks. There is plenty of counterspace for meal preparation, and ample storage for snacks and provisions. To starboard is a proper navigation station with opening chart desk, storage for books and manuals, and ship circuit breakers. Forward, a large dinette with circular seating and plenty of natural light makes for a comfortable place to relax or enjoy a meal. Forward is the main cabin with a central, double island berth and en suite head with separate shower.
