The 2001 Tartan 3700 is a well-rounded 37-foot sailboat that blends performance sailing capabilities (good upwind performance, responsive rig and hull) with real cruising comforts (two staterooms, proper galley, enclosed head/shower, quality wood interior, reasonable tankage). It’s sizeable enough for comfortable cruising for a couple or small family, while being manageable enough for coastal cruising or even some longer trips.
In short: this wee maintained 2001 Tartan 3700 is a strong candidate for a “go-anywhere, do-anything” cruiser — one that balances sailing enjoyment and livability.
