Description
The Beneteau Oceanis 411 is a well-balanced cruising sailboat that combines comfort, performance, and ease of use. Designed by Group Finot, it is equipped with a fin keel and a spade rudder system. The sail controls can be managed from the cockpit, allowing for easy handling either single-handedly or with a small crew. The boat is constructed from fibreglass and uses a cast iron ballast, which enhances its durability.
SY Burda responds well in moderate wind conditions and can easily reach speeds of around 8 knots with approximately 65 square meters of sail area. The boat features a fractional rig with the mainsail furling into the mast. There is also a set of spare sails (mainsail and genoa) on board.
The boat is fitted with a Volvo Penta MD22 engine that was refitted in 2023. The engine has 160 running hours. This 4-cylinder, direct injection, freshwater-cooled diesel engine produces 59 HP (43.6 kW). It delivers high torque, which is especially advantageous when maneuvering in tight spaces.
The interior is spacious and ergonomic, featuring a total of four cabins and two heads. The salon includes a U-shaped seating area and a large folding table. The galley is L-shaped and equipped with a two-burner stove, refrigerator, and ample storage space. The boat offers good ventilation and natural light through numerous windows and overhead hatches.
SY Burda is an ideal, easy-to-use, and comfortable cruising sailboat for family or group trips. Although it is not designed for long ocean passages, it is sturdy and stable enough for offshore cruises. It offers a good balance between performance and comfort, making it a popular choice for both beginners and experienced sailors.
The boat is located at Marmaris Yacht Marina and has a history of chartering. As of May 20, 2025, the owner has terminated the charter agreement and put the boat up for sale. Viewings can be arranged on weekdays during business hours, except Sundays. Appointments are mandatory, and it is recommended to book at least three days in advance of the intended visit.
