This is a one-owner yacht that has been upgraded and used for full-time cruising from the West coast to the East coast and many beautiful tropical destinations in between.

The beautiful teak-lined interior has two cabins dedicated as crew quarters.  The forward captain’s cabin features a large pedestal bed with hanging lockers, cabinet lockers, drawers, and extensive shelf space.  The aft berth has a nearly queen-sized bed, a hanging locker, several cabinet lockers, and separate access to the main cabin head/shower.  The layout also includes a third cabin workroom with even more storage space, a workbench, and a washer/dryer.

The main cabin includes wrap-around dining area conveniently converts into a large sleeping area for two additional guests. The fully-equipped galley includes a double stainless-steel sink, a microwave, a propane 3-burner stove/oven.  A hot water heater is heated by engine coolant or AC power.  Separate large-capacity fridge and freezer units provides ample room for stores.  Refrigeration is provided upgraded and efficient Frigoboat electronically temperature-controlled, and has keel coolers for even more power savings.

This boat is ready for cruising.  Sailing is easy for one or two people with the main and headsail furling systems.  And if you need to motor, the reliable 76hp turbodiesel Yanmar engine and 100-gallon fuel capacity can take you many miles.

Other upgrades include fully integrated Raymarine electronics including cockpit and cabin MFD’s, GPS, AIS, and wind/speed/depth instruments.  Electrical systems revolve around 400 AH lithium batteries that are maintained and monitored by Victron and Balmar systems can provide three to four days’ worth of off-the-grid capacity without recharging.  There is also an efficient Spectra water maker to add freedom to your cruising range and comfort.
