Athena is a lovely example of the popular Hallberg-Rassy 34 model, she is moored and located in the idyllic Mylor Yacht Harbour and only in her second ownership from New.
She has use of the full facilities in the marina including, shower block, parking and water taxi plus winter storage ashore.
Her annual mooring and general 'upkeep' costs would be split equally and with the reassurance of a written agreement. The owners have had a good experience of shared ownership to date with co-owners becoming life long friends.
Built in 2000 and launched in 2001 she is a much sought after, very manageable yacht with all the prestige that comes with a Hallberg Rassy.
