Walkthrough

INTERIOR

Below decks and full forward is a chain locker and forward cabin with V berth,
storage and a large deck hatch for ventilation and emergency egress.
Continuing aft to the salon, there is a Portside galley area which is fitted with double stainless steel sinks, 3 burner marine propane stove, with oven, refrigerator/freezer, abundant storage and work surfaces. Aft of the galley is the head compartment with sink, marine toilet and shower. Opposite to Starboard there is a U-Shaped convertible settee with table. All cushions replaced 2017, custom upholstery, with storage below and behind. Continuing aft to Starboard is the vessel's navigation station and the main electrical panel. Fully Aft are two cabins, a Port side cabin with double berth and a Starboard side storage area. There is a centerline companionway leading to the sailing cockpit. 

Mahogany interior, lots of storage areas and cabinets, two Lewmar low profile hatches (main hatch replaced in 2019), opening Ports, LED lighting, 12V Fans.

The engine room is located below the companionway/cockpit with adequate insulation and access. Fresh water pressure is provided by an on demand 12volt pump. Hot water is provided by a 120volt electric heater with engine flow-thru system.

EXTERIOR

On the deck and full forward is the anchor control system with double roller
system, chain locker and a 12volt horizontal windlass in a protected enclosure
with foot control switches. There is a welded stainless steel tubular bow pulpit,
stainless steel tubular stanchions with stainless steel wire upper and lower
lifelines port and starboard leading aft to a welded stainless tubular stern pulpit
for on deck and cockpit protection. There are boarding gates Port and Starboard
and an aft gate in the walk thru transom leading to the integral swim platform
which is fitted with a folding, in water accessible boarding ladder. There is a
stainless steel tubular dodger and Bimini sunshade frame and arch with solar
panels mounted above. Mounted on the stern rails are an outboard motor and
fender storage bags. The foredeck is free of obstacles and wide side decks have
safety hand holds mounted on the cabin top and dodger.  The aft sailing cockpit sole is fitted with a teak overlay and offers easy access to the companionway. There is ample cockpit seating and a steering station with navigation instruments, engine controls and abundant storage space in the Lazarrette. There is propane storage below the aft transom folding seat. Sail control lines are routed to the Aft sailing cockpit for ease of operation.
