Description

Hull No.1 of the Stephen Jones designed Rustler 42 and perhaps one of the best known bluewater cruising yachts afloat. Bullet-proof build with combined with a ‘go-anywhere’ ethos, and much updated in recent seasons.

FURTHER BROKER’S COMMENTS:

With her long encapsulated lead ballast keel, substantial skeg hung rudder and generous displacement the Rustler 42, designed by Stephen Jones, is very much a traditional offshore cruising yacht. The traditional design characteristics offering safety and comfort when making offshore passages in the most arduous of conditions, even when short-handed. Below decks the layout provides spacious accommodation, ideal for spending extended periods aboard.

The Ruster 42 RED RUTH is hull number one of the R42’s. A well-proven yacht she has safely carried previous owners across the Atlantic multiple times. In the current ownership, she has cruised as far as the Faroe Islands. She benefits from ongoing professional maintenance and a significant re-fit at the time of the current owners purchase in 2020.
