Description

Sailing yacht Hallberg-Rassy 36 MK II Scandinavia in top condition. Second hand since 2009. Sale due to retirement. Extensively equipped yacht, including roller sails, electric anchor winch, autopilot, complete electronics including plotter, AIS and radar, diesel heating, shower, cockpit tent, etc. The interior shows no signs of the 26 years. A very mature model from the well-known Swedish quality shipyard. Indoor storage until spring 2026 included. Please inquire about all details. Viewing by appointment.



Accommodation
Mahogany woodwork finished in a silk hand-rubbed varnish.
Curtains to all skylights and portlights and grey removable carpet throughout. All locker doors louvred and all bunk tops drilled ensuring a constant flow of air through the boat and minimizing the effects of condensation. Chrome fittings throughout.

FORECABIN: Double V-shaped berth with infill cushion. Shelving and lockers above berths and stowage beneath. Vanity unit and locker to starboard. Opening skylight and reading lamps. Hanging locker outside and opposite heads compartment.

HEADS to port with marine WC and teak grated shower stall. Porcelain wash hand basin with shower attachment and mirror over. Electric shower waste pump. Locker underneath basin and behind heads. Stainless steel holding tank with deck pump-out socket. Portlight and opening skylight.

SALOON: L-shaped sofa berth to port and straight berth to starboard. Lifting backrests provide a wider berth when in use and excellent stowage for bedding etc when not, lee cloths to both bunks. Lockers and shelving above berths and below berth on starboard side. Centreline dropleaf table with opening centre section for bottle stowage. Opening skylight and portlights. Sony stereo CD radio with USB connection with speakers in main saloon. Original HR upholstery and fitted carpets.

GALLEY to starboard with double stainless-steel sink. Ice box with Frigomatic refrigerator. Optimus 2-burner hob with oven & grill on gimbals. Stowage above and below work surfaces and drawers for cutlery etc. pull out extra wooden work surface Work surfaces in white. Marine grade regulator for gas and armoured hose inside yacht, gas shut off solenoid valve in gas locker operated from switch in galley. Foot operated fresh water pump to sink.

CHART TABLE to port with lift-up chart table top and drawers under. Instrument console and switch panel for circuit breakers etc. Navigator's seat with stowage beneath. Hanging locker and small storage locker behind seat and access to engine compartment in walkway through to:

AFT CABIN. Single berth to port and wider berth to starboard (10cm wider than normal). Stowage beneath for batteries, steering cables and emergency tiller. Lockers and shelving above berths and in the form of a hanging locker further lockers at rear of berths. Reading lamps, opening portlights and opening skylight.

Mechanical Systems

Volvo Penta MD22 4-Cylinder Diesel engine, output 57 HP, on flexible rubber mountings with water-cooled rubber exhaust pipe and silencer. The engine is freshwater cooled.
Last service July 2025
Volvo-Penta fixed 3-bladed propeller.
Two stainless steel fuel tanks, total capacity 335 litres.
For guidance the approx. fuel consumption when cruising at 6kts is 2.5 litres/hour.
Two stainless steel water tanks, totally 310 litres.
Water pressure system gives free flow of water to heads and galley, water filter to galley faucet.
Hot water tank (insulated) with 230v immersion heater.
Heating Webasto diesel cabin heater with silencers in engine room, thermostatically controlled. Air outlets in forward cabin, toilet compartment, saloon and aft cabin.
The engine room is soundproofed.

ELECTRICITY: One battery, 12v, for engine circuit, situated under portside berth in aft cabin.
Three further 12v batteries, for general domestics located under the starboard berth in the aft cabin (420Ahr capacity). Charging of batteries is via a 60A alternator and a blocking diode.
Located behind the chart table in the walkthrough is the instrument panel with circuit breakers.
There is a voltmeter and gauges for the diesel and water tanks. A Smart meter at chart table for battery monitoring.
12v sockets at the chart table and in the cockpit.
Full 230v shore power system with RCD and distribution box to ring main with 5 sockets and water heater. Battery charger, plus a 1500 watt inverter in rear cabin.
Spars and Sails

Mast, boom and running rigging from Seldén.
Double spreader furling rig with forward and aft lower shrouds.
Forestay and backstay 8 mm, all standing rigging replaced 2018.
Aluminium rig screw protection.
Seldén Furlex 300 S jib furling and reefing system.
Spinnaker pole with track and blocks for stowing pole on mast.

Chainplates and stemhead fitting have cover plates directly welded on for water tightness.
Mooring cleats forward and aft with spring cleats amidships, all protected by brass strips.
4 skylights and 9 port holes, six of which are opening.
2 Dorade ventilators in saloon.
One Electrolux-type ventilator forward and one in head.
Deck screw filler caps for water, diesel and holding tank pump-out. On starboard side of cockpit special self-draining stowage locker for two gas bottles, 5 kg each.
Full width lazarette locker for fenders, warps, etc.
In cockpit starboard side is a large locker with stowage slots for washboards.
Guard rails with entry gates port and starboard.
Pulpit and pushpit, all stainless steel.
International navigation lights with combined tricolour/anchor light at masthead.
Flag staff and fittings.
Bathing ladder for the platform.
Genoa tracks with blocks from Lewmar.
Genoa cars are adjustable from the cockpit.
Mainsheet track behind cockpit to ensure good fit of sprayhood extension.
Sheet winches Lewmar 48 CST self-tailing with guide blocks from Lewmar.
