- 2025- Varnished topside teck.
- 2024- Vessel waxed, Engined serviced, replaced water heater, Teck topside varnished, motor mounts serviced, keel bolts cleaned and painted.
- 2023-manual sink pump installed, swimstep shower serviced, Vessel waxed, Coolant serviced newhoses, dripless packing gland R&R.
- 2022-Annual Engine service and oil change,New raw water pump and hoses, Rigging tuned, Transmission serviced, Decking varnish
- 2021 New Macerator , New Propane switch, new deck fill caps, Vessel waxe-
- 2016 Dynamat sound/vibration damping was installed in the engine room, new lines (all running rigging) were installed. The engine is easily accessible all the way around due to having a center cockpit model.
2015 the winches were rebuilt, all new LED running lights installed and new interior LED lights installed, all new hatched except 2 were installed. Engine was replaced with a new Yanmar 3YM30. It currently is in pristine condition with 470 hours.
2013 new sails (main and jib) were added.
2012 a new transmission was installed.
