The X-Yachts 412 is a fast cruising yacht, well known for its excellent balance between performance, structural stiffness and comfort, designed for owners who value true sailing performance, safety and precise handling. This is a yacht intended for sailors looking for rewarding sailing without sacrificing onboard comfort.
Its stiff, well-balanced hull and efficient sail plan deliver a fast, stable and responsive sailing experience, with excellent behaviour upwind and strong performance on longer reaches and downwind courses. It maintains speed easily in light airs and provides clear feedback at the helm.
This 1997 boat is powered by the original Yanmar 38 hp inboard diesel engine, with saildrive transmission. It is Spanish flagged, pleasure register (List 7 – VAT paid), has had three owners since new, and has been owned by the current owner since 2010.
The teak interior reflects X-Yachts’ build quality, offering a warm, functional and well-organised layout suitable for both cruising and extended time on board.
In 2021, the original teak deck was removed, the deck was fibreglassed and finished with non-slip paint. The hull was painted grey with white lines, giving the yacht a clean, modern appearance.
