Mooe Lemsteraak with the possibility of taking over stable revenue from rental via Sailcharter Friesland
Luxurious Lemsteraak with the possibility of a rental/purchase model through Sailcharter Friesland
Lemsteraak Vader Jacob (formerly Zonnewind) is a very complete, ready-to-sail beautiful family ship that can be sailed by a small crew. Designed by A. de Boer, the ship was launched at Van Rijnsoever in 1993. The ship is in very good condition. It is modestly but functionally decorated with wood carvings. There is little teak wood that requires a lot of maintenance. This ship regularly receives compliments.
With a length of 10.05 m and a width of 3.85 m, the Zonnewind is a manageable, well-maneuvering, stable ship, also under motor.
Ballast via thickened flat plate. Hydraulic steering, with linked Evolution EV 400 autopilot. The Raymarine Axiom 9 chart plotter and the connected autopilot, depth, wind indicator, and speedometer at the helm make the ship suitable for a small (solo) crew. The chart plotter is easily removable, mounted at the helm. The sail wardrobe consists of a mainsail with sail number VB 208, jib, and staysail. At the deep cockpit, there are Lewmar winches for staysail, jib, and backstays. The mainsail is easily hoisted with the proven (de Groot Stavoren) single halyard system. The boat is further equipped with roller jibs and lazy jacks.
The ship offers surprisingly much space. The light interior (painted white with teak wood) gives a spacious feeling. Because it is built on the flat, one enjoys a standing height of over 190 cm under the full cabin. It has a classic, functional layout with a spacious salon and galley to port, and a navigation seating area and bench to starboard.
The blue leather comfortable sitting benches with foldable table make the salon a pleasant living space. The cabin can be heated by the Webasto hot air heating with thermostat. Hot and cold running water with hydrophore also for outdoor shower (indoor shower is prepared), in the galley and in the wet cell. There are 7 sleeping places, of which 5 are fixed, divided over two cabins in the fore ship. The ship is equipped with a starter battery, two service batteries, and shore power sockets.
The simple, with sprinkle, strippable mast and the foldable mast top increase the sailing area. The Hollandsebrug, Stichtse bridge, and Ketelbrug are therefore no barriers for the Zonnewind. Vader Jacob is an atmospheric family ship, suitable for long journeys, even offshore.
