Description
The Beneteau 310 First is a popular performance cruiser. A deep keel with a tall rig makes for a fast, stiff, dry ride. With two private cabins, a comfortable salon, a well-designed galley and spacious head with shower. Her interior is luxurious with generous use of warm cherry wood throughout. She has a 7/8 rig and plumb bow, a slotted aluminum toe rail and a low maintenance exterior.
A freshwater yacht up until 2015, she is clean and in excellent condition and shows well. She has been professionally maintained. She benefits from many upgrades, so be sure to read the full specs and contact Marc Winder to set up a time to get aboard.
Accommodations
A wide clear companionway takes you down below into a spacious interior for a 31 footer. Forward starting at the bow, there is a Vee berth with stowage and tankage under, a hatch for ventilation is overhead, hanging lockers and stowage to port and starboard. The salon lies amidships with straight settees forward to port and starboard separated by a drop-leaf table, the L-shaped galley is aft to port. The navigation station is aft to starboard followed by a hanging locker and the head compartment. The doorway aft of the galley provides access to the aft cabin, which is fitted with hanging locker stowage and a double berth which extends beneath the cockpit. The companionway steps are removable for engine access.
Hull and Deck
The hull is a round-bilge design with a deep bulb fin keel, a raked bow, and a reverse transom stern fitted with a drop-down swim step. There is a short foredeck fitted with an anchor well, and ample side decks leading aft on either side of a wedge-shaped trunk cabin to an aft cockpit with coamings/seat backs. Stainless steel (S.S.) bow and stern pulpits fitted with S.S. lifeline surround the decks.
