Description
Very nice MKII with rebuilt Yanmar 50 HP, by Seattle Maritime, only has 20 Hrs. since rebuild. Engine room is clean and shiny. She has new sails, new standing rigging (2 years) and the mast has double spreaders. There are lots of new items including a new Raymarine auto pilot, a new wet compass, new GPS & plotter, a new radar, new batteries and new E meter. She has a new fridge, new stove & oven, a microwave and a freshly polished fuel tank. There is a heat pump for heating and air conditioning and there is a new propane locker with solenoid. All halyards lead aft for easy handling including reefing and boom vang. She has an electric windlass and all winches are self tailing. The canvas is in excellent shape and extends aft to cover the whole cockpit. This boat is outfitted for easy handling and immediate sailing in the sound and much farther. She has a stay sail but no extra for stay to put it on.
