Description
Property notes. Acquired in December 2018, I took advantage of the winter months to conduct a thorough inspection, replacing all the through-hulls and seacocks, as well as installing two air conditioning units and updating the electronics. After using it in the summer of 2019 with the original engine, I decided to replace it with a new one and took the opportunity to dismantle the generator and carry out a complete renovation that was completed in June 2020. Since then, the boat has been used for occasional trips to Denia and the coast of Alicante and, above all, for six to eight weeks of family vacations in the Balearics, mainly Menorca and Mallorca, avoiding mooring as much as possible to be anchored or on a buoy for periods of up to eight days.
The boat has great livability and sails very comfortably in any situation
