Description

The Island Packet 27 offers big adventures in a small, affordable package.  They are valued for their seakindliness, roomy-for-it's-size interior, shoal draft, and quality construction.  The 27 is capable of taking you places like the Bahamas or up to the coast of Maine and all points in between.

This 27 has spent most of her time in Maine waters enjoying short seasons and good care. She features a Yanmar diesel w/ low hours, full keel, cutter rig, updated Raymarine electronics and newer batteries.

This vessel has been donated to a Maine non-profit and is available to purchase via a charter-to-term arrangement.  Details are available upon request.

Accommodations

The interior layout is surprisingly roomy and features standing head room, teak joinery and a teak & holly cabin sole. There are accommodations for 6 between the V-berth, main cabin and quarterberth.

Starting forward:

  • Forward Cabin with V-berth, storage under
  • Head is aft to starboard featuring a manual toilet, vanity and shower. 12 gallon holding tank.
  • Storage lockers are across the port
  • Main cabin features a long settee to port and a starboard settee that converts to a double. There is a bulkhead-mounted fold-down dining table.
  • Galley is aft to port
  • Quarterberth is aft to starboard
