Description
Entangled is a beautifully maintained and well-equipped Shannon 43. Well known as one of the world's best mid-sized bluewater cruising yachts, the Shannon 43 has a timeless design, quality construction, attention to detail and exemplary follow-up owner support.
Entangled is perfect for shorthanded sailing and liveaboard coastal cruising, with shallow 4’9” draft keel/centerboard hull and a powerful cutter rig with an ICW friendly mast height of 63’ .
Entangled is a boat with an interesting life-lesson history. The first owner of the boat meet Walter Schulz and the Shannon crew at the Annapolis Boat Show many years ago, and introduced himself saying that he was not in market for a new boat as he has just filed for bankruptcy that very same day, but he was going to take home the Shannon brochure as motivation, and one day he was going to be back with enough money to have us build a boat for him. Sure enough, about 5 years later he was back on board and said do you remember me. We did, he had made a remarkable financial recovery with our boat as his goal, and Shannon built this boat for his family. Recent survey available.
Entangled comes with these features:
- 75 hp Yanmar diesel engine
- Bow thruster
- Seafrost refrigeration/freezer
- Garmin touchscreen chart plotters at the helm and nav station
- Espar forced hot air 12VDC/diesel heating
- Max prop

Above are bookshelves on each side and louvered cabinets for storage. With the teak bulkheads, teak and holly sole plus white headliner and trunk cabin sides, a wonderful ambiance is created.
