Description
You can't go to marina anywhere in the world without seeing a Catalina 36. That has to say something for their Quality of build, respect, sailing ability, and popularity; and the MKI like Rissa started it all in the early 1980s, Thanks you Frank Butler. Many of the older MKI versions have slipped into disrepair and deferred maintenance, but when you lay eyes on Rissa, hull #616, you would swear you stepped into a time warp. With the new Catalina 360 series coming in at over $300K the sailboat value you receive with Rissa is amazing.
This Fresh water example came down the rivers from the Great Lakes to Mobile, and had new, bottom paint, mast and rigging off and professionally inspected and replace Oct. 2025 right here at our marina.
This example of a future "classic" is ready for it's next adventure. The current owner is looking for something a bit bigger before adventuring into the big salt of the Pacific.
