The Dehler Optima 101 “Tipos” is a fast and comfortable cruising yacht known for its excellent sailing characteristics, solid German build quality, and the design by E.G. van de Stadt. This model is still a reference in its class thanks to the very successful combination of performance, safety, and comfort, both for coastal sailing and inland waters.

Built in 1985 by Dehler Yachtbau GmbH, this fiberglass sailing yacht is 10.10 meters long and 3.40 meters wide, with a draft of approximately 1.35 meters. This limited draft allows for a wide sailing area, even in shallower regions. The VAT has been paid, and proof of this is available.

The interior is warm and functional, featuring the typical teak finish of Dehler. The ship has two cabins and a salon with four comfortable sleeping places, with the possibility to accommodate up to six people overnight. The aft cabin has a double bed, and the forward cabin also has a double bed. The salon is spacious and practically arranged with comfortable sofas and a table. The galley is well-equipped and includes an Eno gas stove with three burners and an oven, as well as a 12V Coolmatic compressor refrigerator. The standing height is approximately 1.83 meters, making the stay on board pleasant for a yacht of this size. Additionally, there is a wet cell with a marine toilet.

The engine is provided by a Yanmar 2GM20 diesel engine with 18 hp. Important work has been carried out, including a revision of the cylinder head and replacement of the gasket, as well as work on the propeller shaft and associated parts. The ship has a 12V electrical system with service batteries and a starting battery, as well as a 220V shore power system.

Under sail, the Optima 101 is a balanced, pleasant, and efficient sailing yacht. The sail wardrobe is complete and includes several sails, with a roller furling system and an appropriate level of deck equipment, including Lewmar winches. Navigation is supported by an instrument set (NX Seadata), a Sailor VHF radio with ATIS, and the usual equipment.

Outside, the cockpit is spacious and well protected thanks to a bimini top, supplemented with a cockpit tent. The yacht is delivered with complete equipment, including an anchor with line, swim ladder, fenders, and mooring lines. The hull has been provided with an epoxy coating by a professional yard, which reduces maintenance needs and contributes to the protection of the hull.
