Description
The Com-Pac 23 is a recreational cruiser sailboat with a fixed keel. It has a masthead sloop rig, with a mainsail and jib. Her hull sides and non-skid have been repainted; her interior was redone in 2023; the wood trim in in excellent condition. She has a small cabin (52" clearance) that sleeps 4 and a porti-potti. She has bottom paint (white), a large custom cover, and a 2-axle road trailer in good condition. Includes 6HP Tohatsu outboard motor, used for docking and maneuvering.
