1981 Cape Dory 33 – Exceptionally Well-Maintained by Meticulous Owner
This 1981 Cape Dory 33 is a standout example of this classic Carl Alberg design. The boat has clearly benefited from attentive, knowledgeable ownership and is in excellent condition for her age. I personally inspected the vessel a few weeks ago and can verify that she is very clean, well cared for, and turnkey ready.
Recent work and upgrades reflect a no-shortcuts approach to maintenance, with attention paid to both cosmetic and mechanical systems. The boat presents extremely well and would be ideal for coastal cruising or extended sailing.

All seacocks replaced
Bottom sandblasted and recoated with new epoxy barrier coat and antifouling
Hull polished and waxed
New Whale manual bilge pump installed
Engine sanded and repainted; rusted or deficient parts replaced

Mast rewired with new masthead unit installed
