DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION OF THE VESSEL 1.1 HULL, DEPENDENCIES, ENGINE AND SAILS Mast, boom, and spinnaker poles in good condition. Standing rigging regularly inspected. Running rigging in usable condition. Genoa furler Furlex (1994) and staysail furler Furlex (2009). Genoa and staysail in excellent condition (2009), new battened mainsail (2022), yankee 2 in usable condition (on a flying stay), Swedish mainsail and storm jib in very good condition, medium spinnaker (180 m²) and optionally light spinnaker (200 m²) both in excellent condition. Deck in overall good condition, except for the paint which needs touch-ups and wear in places on the trademaster; the sheet tracks and turning blocks are in good condition. A very solid deckhouse was added in 1994. All plexiglass was renewed in 2009. The balconies, stanchions, and lifelines are in good condition. A Barient winch for mainsail halyard on the mast. A halyard winch on the mast, Barient self-tailing 32 with 3 speeds and titanium drum. A self-tailing Barient 23 halyard winch on the mast. Two winches on the top of the coachroof for spinnaker halyards Barient self-tailing 27. Five winches at the front of the cockpit Barient self-tailing 23. Two genoa sheet winches Barient self-tailing 35 with 3 speeds. Two spinnaker sheet winches Barient self-tailing 32. Wheel steering on a column with hydraulic control Lecomble & Schmitt V2H50 (1994) revised in 2016. The underwater parts were sandblasted and repainted in 2009. The keel is operated without difficulty using an electric winch (WARN U2500) and there is no lateral play, the wedges replaced in 2010. The topsides are in overall good condition. The boat was equipped in 2005 with a new rudder under a fixed skirt. The rudder lifts by escaping backward in case of impact and is operated by a crank. This significantly improves the safety of the boat. A davit for the dinghy with 4 solar panels of 100w each was installed in 2015. Interior fittings of excellent quality made of cherry wood, the floors in ironwood. Two stainless steel freshwater tanks (700 and 300 liters) The chart table and navigator's corner have been redone to accommodate navigation devices. The engine runs perfectly. The heat exchanger, exhaust manifold, and 12-volt alternator were changed in 2012, the 24-volt 80 amps alternator was changed in 2001 (Leece-Neville). The starter and injection pump were renewed in 2012. The hour meter shows 5260 hours. The cooling water circuit heats the sanitary water (Allpa boiler), an electric heater can heat the water when the boat is connected to the dock. A three-blade bronze propeller, a three-blade aluminum propeller, and a 19-inch Max-prop two-blade propeller. A 40 amps 24 volts shaft alternator. The propulsive force of the propeller is transmitted to a coupling of the hull by a Centaflex coupling. The electrical installation was completely revised in 2013 and has 3 levels of safety. It consists of three circuits 12 and 24 volts DC and 230 volts AC. A 12-volt battery for the engine and four 220 amp/h batteries in series for onboard use. Balmar Max-Charge electronic charge regulator (2003). Four polycrystalline solar panels in parallel-series with an MPPT regulator. A Victron 24v-12v converter, a 24-12v 20 A Industrial Power Series converter, a 3000w inverter, a leak tester 2016, a Victron battery manager, a Dolphin 24 v 40 amp battery charger, a Victron 3600w isolation transformer. 1.2 ARMAMENT AND NAVIGATION DEVICES AND DINGHIES 1.2.1 Fixed equipment and safety gear Equipment equivalent to that of the first category (French standards) complete for 6 people. RFD 6-person liferaft in cocoon put into service in 1996, last revision in 2009. Four fire extinguishers. Manual bilge pump in the cockpit Henderson MK V double action, high-capacity engine-driven bilge pump, automatic membrane electric bilge pump, high-capacity electric bilge pump as backup (optional), sink and shower drainage pumps can be used as bilge pumps.
