Cheoy Lee CL 48

Rubicon is a Cheoy Lee Offshore 48 by Robert Perry she is a go anywhere in the world cruising boat, she had a major refit in 2008 2010 that included new masts, an upgraded Beta 75 hp Diesel engine, all new wiring, all new plumbing, Corian counters, etc. The boat has an extensive list of equipment, I still have some that has not been installed yet. I have owned Rubicon since 2008 but as my wife and I Are getting older and it's time to go in a different direction,  this is a very good Bluewater boat with a decent turn of speed it has all new port windows made by new found metals the best you can buy at any price, i'll try to get a more comprehensive list this is just a preliminary listing, but I am open to trades for real estate or a really nice diesel pusher

 She is a world cruiser. She is a great spacious liveaboard, beautiful design,and easy to sail.The interior in white with teak trim and doors giving her the classic look. The generator is Northernlights  8K Seldon jib furler......The list goes on

Accomdations below are spacious and relaxing- a great aft cabin with big double and private head and shower. Then, the dining table on one side and galley adjacent. Forward and down one step is a large salon area with a convertible double to port. Forward of the salon is a head/ shower accessible to both the main cabin and the forward cabin.One great feature of Rubicon is the ventilation provided by 9 opening ports, and 5 on deck large hatches.
