The Standfast 40S, designed by the renowned Dutch naval architect Frans Maas and built in 1978, is a true classic racer-cruiser. With her sleek lines, solid GRP construction, and balanced sailing characteristics, she combines offshore racing pedigree with comfortable cruising capabilities.
Nostos has been well maintained and thoughtfully equipped over the years. The hull was freshly antifouled in January 2024, and the Nanni 4.200HE engine (40 HP) was last serviced in November 2024. With a displacement of 10 tons, a 2.20 m fin keel with skeg-hung rudder, and a tall aluminum mast, she is both fast under sail and stable offshore.
Deck & Rigging
