1978, Seal 28 built by John Baker, Kenton Forge LTD.
'Silkie' has been set up to live aboard comfortably but she is also a fully functioning yacht. Despite the vessel's age she is in good condition and working order. The owner is not aware of any defects and is only selling due to relocation for work commitments. The vessel's most recent survey was in 2019 and the last engine service was in 2021.
She has been maintained to a high standard by the current owners. The boat is currently situated in prime location at Hartlepool Marina awaiting viewings.
