Description
Price reduced by motivated seller. Bring an offer. Possible additional perks for buyers who close by August 30.
NEREUS is a fine example of a Down East 38. She has had only two owners and has proven herself to be a sea kindly, comfortable, and safe cruising boat. She is beamy and spacious. Living aboard, whether offshore sailing, at a mooring, or dockside, she is perfect for solo sailing, a couple, or a small family.
NEREUS has been with her current owners for decades. She has been well-maintained and customized for ease of living aboard. The sellers are seasoned cruisers who have sailed offshore aboard NEREUS several times, starting in Washington state and sailing south to California, across to Hawaii, back to Mexico, down to Cosa Rica and Panama, through the Panama Canal, and up through the Western Caribbean to Guatamala, Belize, and the East Coast of the United States. Recently, the boat was stored out of the water for seven years. Now she is being enjoyed on the local waters around Oriental, NC. Life is taking the sellers in a new direction, and it is time to find NEREUS her new caretakers.
