Description
‘Saida’ is hull number five of the iconic Swan 65’s designed by Sparkman & Stephens as the flagship boat for Nautor Swan in 1973. Only 41 boats were made in the series and due to the excellent construction and craftsmanship, most are still sailing today.
The current owner made a complete refit in 2023 with Nautor Swan Global Service to ensure that all works were completed to the highest standards and with accurate detail to retain her original features.
Main 2023 Work’s List is including:
- Painting and anti-corrosion treatment of the masts- and booms
- News standing and running rigging
- New deck hatches
- Full overhaul of the engine
- New B&G navigation soft- and hardware
- Clean and update electric system (remove old wires, clean isolation faults,...)
- Reinforce main structure of the boat on the mast bases.
- Clean and repair tanks
