Description

A polyclassic from the 70s. Solidly built and with excellent sailing properties. This is a project boat. The ship has technical and cosmetic deferred maintenance. 1. In the foredeck, the anchoring of the deck with the stem (laminated steel) is rotten (see last photo). To repair this, the bulkhead of the forepeak and partially the berths need to be disassembled. 2. The teak deck is partially loose and in poor condition. 3. The edges of the cabin are locally soft both inside and outside. Nice sail plan with roller genoa and roller mainsail (1992) of good quality. For information and viewing: 0031-6-10359729.
