Privately used for many decades, MARIETTE OF 1915 also underwent a multi-million-dollar refit at Pendennis Shipyard in 2018 which included replacement of the teak deck and plywood sub deck to new, replacement of 50m2 of hull plating with major steel repairs to chain locker and galley internal structures, the shaft alley blasted back to white steel and painted new, significant maintenance and repair work to diesel and water tanks, all wiring and plumbing replaced, and the engine room layout improved.

In 2021, her main engines were completely rebuilt; MARIETTE OF 1915 has been constructed with a steel hull and teak superstructure and powered by twin 150 Hp Caterpillar engines; she reaches a maximum speed of 12 knots with a cruising speed of 8 knots and range of 1500 miles under engine.

MARIETTE OF 1915 comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three cabins, all finished in her traditional interior styling.
