Monachus Yachts is a Croatian shipyard owned by VINETA d.o.o., specializing in the design and construction of luxury motor yachts from 43 to 70 feet.
 The boats combine timeless, proven design inspired by traditional lobster boats and Mediterranean cruising with superior craftsmanship and tested seaworthiness.
Each yacht is built to order at the company’s facility in Muć, near Split, Croatia.

Standard Features

The Monachus 70 Fly combines elegant, handcrafted design with modern technology and a highly functional layout.
 It offers luxurious comfort for the owner and private, well-equipped areas for guests — all within a floating home equally suited to warm Mediterranean waters and extended Nordic cruising.

The interior features American walnut with a silk-matte finish (high-gloss optional), cherrywood flooring in the salon and corridors, and marble and quartz surfaces in the galley and bathrooms.
 Every detail is handcrafted with a focus on classic elegance and timeless quality.

Layout

The Monachus 70 Fly is designed for long-range comfort and social cruising. It is offered in two main configurations:

• Standard: 3 cabins / 3 bathrooms (+ optional crew cabin with private head)
• Optional: 4 cabins / 4 bathrooms (+ optional crew cabin with private head)

Both the owner’s and VIP cabins feature en-suite bathrooms.

Main Deck

The main deck is created for social life, offering seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces:

• Aft Deck: Spacious teak-laid cockpit with sofa, teak dining table, and loose chairs.
   Direct access to an electro-hydraulic bathing platform with integrated swim ladder, hot/cold shower, and entry to a generous garage for a tender or jet ski. Standing height in cockpit area is 2.30 m
• Salon: Large sliding glass doors open into a bright, airy salon.
   A U-shaped sofa surrounds an adjustable table that can serve as a dining or cocktail table.
   To port, a sideboard provides storage, a wine cooler, and an ice maker.
   A pop-up UHD LED TV and premium sound system with streaming capability are elegantly integrated. Standing height in saloon area is 2.02 m
• Galley: Located aft for convenient serving both indoors and out.
   Fully equipped with a four-zone cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, and solid marble countertop.
   A window opens directly to the cockpit for easy service. Standing height in galley area is 2.14 m
• Helm Station: To starboard, with adjustable leather seat, three 16″ Garmin displays, joystick control, and an electro-hydraulic stainless-steel side door — ideal for docking.

Lower Deck

Below deck, every guest cabin features its own bathroom:

• Owner’s Cabin (midships): Full-beam suite with a king bed, dual wardrobes, dressing table, seating area, UHD TV, and spacious bathroom with separate shower.
• VIP Cabin (forward): Queen bed with storage beneath, wardrobes on both sides, deck hatch for natural light, and private bathroom.
• Guest Cabin (starboard): Twin beds (convertible to double), wardrobe, and private bathroom.
• Guest Cabin (port – optional): Bunk configuration with wardrobe and private bathroom.
• Crew Cabin (optional): Located aft with two berths and separate bathroom, accessed via the swim platform.

All cabins have individual air-conditioning units, USB outlets, dimmable LED lighting, and natural light through opening portholes. Standing height in cabins and baths is 2.14 m

Flybridge

The flybridge is a true highlight — a spacious social area with panoramic views.

• Helm station with dual adjustable seats, 21″ Garmin display, and joystick control.
• Large U-shaped seating area with fixed teak table, sun-lounging area, and wet bar with fridge drawer.
• Audio system with waterproof speakers and ambient LED lighting.
• Options include a bimini top, grill and ice maker, and integrated mood lighting.

Seakeeping and Construction

The Monachus 70 Fly is engineered for long-distance cruising and safe navigation in open seas.
 Its deep-V planing hull combines stability, efficiency, and a remarkably soft ride even in heavy conditions.
The hull is built in vacuum-infused fiberglass composite with vinylester and epoxy resins, providing exceptional stiffness, low vibration, and excellent resistance to osmosis and fatigue.
 Weight distribution and the yacht’s centre of gravity are carefully balanced to minimise pitching and rolling.

The yacht is certified in CE Category A – Ocean, the highest CE classification.

Powered by the Volvo Penta IPS system with joystick control, DPS (Dynamic Positioning System), and self-levelling trim tabs, handling is precise and intuitive both underway and in confined marinas.
 Response is linear, and the yacht maintains course stability even in crosswinds or choppy seas.

At cruising speed, the Monachus 70 Fly feels impressively quiet, its hydrodynamic hull gliding efficiently through the water with excellent nautical-mile economy.
A wide bow and fine stern lines ensure a dry, stable ride, while optional gyro stabilisers further reduce motion both underway and at anchor.

The result is a motor yacht that feels solid, safe, and balanced — equally comfortable on calm evenings in sheltered waters or when crossing open seas.
