Very nice small-sized solid houseboat with steel hull, extremely suitable for B&B rental with jacuzzi and sauna.
This houseboat was designed and built by the Solstar GROUP, a company specializing in the production of innovative houseboats, floating homes, and hotels on the water.
In early 2025, the modular floating hotel from the Solstar Group was successfully presented at the Dubai International Boat Show.

The houseboats are built on specially designed steel hulls with the aim of providing sustainability, stability, and multifunctional use. This makes the houseboat/units not only ideal as floating/boating cottages but also suitable as floating offices, cafés, and even complete hotel structures.

Thanks to the solid steel construction, energy-efficient systems, and high thermal insulation, the houseboat guarantees comfort all year round, regardless of weather conditions.
This basic model as seen in the photos is now for sale and immediately available.
The jacuzzi and sauna are present in this demo and already included in the mentioned price.

Construction:
Hull: steel (thickness 4-5 mm), reinforced with frames and bulkheads; equipped with built-in stainless steel tanks for fresh and gray water. The design guarantees maximum safety. Winter insulation: walls and roof with a heat transfer coefficient of less than 0.20–0.25 W/m²K.
Insulation of outer walls: polyurethane, for high thermal efficiency.
Facade: The standard version uses powder-coated steel cladding with a 30-year warranty. (wood, wood-look laminate, or solid film layer choice for new construction)
Windows: PVC, double glazing
Single door to the terrace at the front.
The interior standing height can be made up to 250 cm in new houseboats.
