V-Toon Manitou’s Tritoon hulls are designed with three tubes under the boat. Our patented V-Toon technology features a center tube that’s positioned slightly lower in the water than the outer tubes, resulting in the exact degree of deadrise needed to simulate the performance of V-shaped hulls for better control, comfort and stability. For Manitou tritoon hulls, it’s the precise positioning of the center tube, along with positive angle lifting strakes, that results in the exact degree of deadrise needed to simulate the standard v shaped hull.
