SPECIFICATION

Cargoes and services: The vessel is designed for unrestricted worldwide navigation.

The vessel and in particular the hold is designed for the carriage of amongst others:

- Project cargoes

- Forest products as paper, wood, cellulose etc.

- Bulk cargoes as grain, coal, ore, cement etc.

- Reels up to 30 tons

- Working with grab

- Dangerous cargoes (excl. explosives and nuclear cargoes).

The vessel is suitable for loading aground (NABSA).

Cargo capacity and volume: One cargohold with capacity 181,000 cu.ft. The hold can be separated into vertical divisions by panels which can be used as grain bulkheads. Maximum tanktopload 15t/m².

Cargohold hatches: Pontoon type hatchcovers (steel) operated by gantry crane.

Clear opening cargohold approx. 62.30 x 10.80 m.

Equipped with container sockets.

Load capacities: Hatch 1 = 3,85 tons/m² - Hatch 2 = 3,47 tons/m² - Hatch 3 - 10 = 3,21 tons/m² - Project load = 1,85 tons/m².

Vessels speed: Service speed 10.0 knots at 100% MCR and t = 4.30 m.

Fuel consumption: Fuel oil consumption of the main engine. MGO (DMA) as per main-engine manufacturer.

MAIN ENGINE

High speed diesel engine:

Type: Four-stroke, in-line, Make Mitsubishi S12R, Output, approx. 749 kW / 1040 kW, Class IMO Tier III.

F.P. propeller: A fixed pitch propeller will be installed. Diameter: 2,300 mm, Nozzle, fixed type fitted for higher thrust, 4 Blades.

Reduction gearbox: A reduction gearbox will be installed suitable for, Input 749 kW / 1040 kW.

Auxiliary electric power: Electric power will be supplied as follows. One (1) diesel-alternator set about 330 kVA, Class IMO Tier III, One (1) diesel-alternator set about 140 kVA, One (1) emergency set 82 kVA, all running on MGO.

Bow thruster: Electric driven 265 kW bow thruster supplying thrust for manoeuvring.

Rudder/steering gear: Flap type rudder, One compact type electro-hydraulic operated steering gear with double acting cylinders.

Conservation: Painting system based on Hempel-system with PSPC for ballast tanks.

Electric installation: According classification requirements, Power distribution 3x400 Volt / 50 Hz, Main switchboard and control panels are located in the engine room, Emergency switchboard is located in the emergency generator room.

Automation and control: Automation, monitoring and control according Lloyds Register EMEA – UMS.

Ventilation and AC: Accommodation air-conditioned, Ventilation of cargohold conform dangerous cargo [1] demands (as applicable), Ventilation in other spaces as required.

Sanitary installation: Compete sanitary installation, Sewage pump for discharge overboard or shore reception, Hydrophore plant, Hot water boiler for potable water, Each cabin with a private sanitary unit.

DECK EQUIPMENT

Mooring arrangement: Forward one combined electric hydraulic anchor mooring winch with two drums and two warping heads, Fore anchors recessed, Aft one combined electric hydraulic anchor mooring winch with two drums and one warping head.

Special equipment: One gantry crane with hoisting/slewing davit 1 combined electro-hydraulic fore mast/stores crane located at the fore castle 1 navigation aftmast with lights, aerial and typhoon, etc..on

: Wheelhouse top 2 Grainbulkheads which can be partly tweendeckhatches.

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT

Nautical equipment installed: According GMDSS A3 sailing area, Radars, VHF, Inmarsat-C, etc. Echo sounder, speed log, gyro compass, autopilot, etc. GPS, ECDIS, AIS, EPIRB, etc. Other equipment as required.

Lifesaving appliances: According SOLAS and flag state, Fire protection, detection and fire fighting systems, Detection and insulation according SOLAS and Class, CO2 in engine room and cargo hold, Local fire fighting systems as required, Deckwash- and fire fighting system as required.
